After unveiling a new music video earlier this week, Florence + The Machine are back with the first single from their third album, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful, slated for release on June 2. Whereas the video for the album’s title track was a short, mostly instrumental clip featuring graceful but chilling choreography, “What Kind Of Man” veers into fiery classic rock territory. The slightly NSFW clip begins innocently with frontwoman Florence Welch and a man talking about how suffering brings people closer together. We see scenes from their tumultuous relationship unfold before things start to get hellish and Florence snarls “what kind of man loves like this?”
