You guys, we should all feel really guilty today for participating in the body-shaming of this poor, innocent model who just happened to be born missing seven ribs and a spleen, because Ann Taylor Loft has responded to the Photoshopping controversy by saying their model just looks like that. In an email to Jezebel, Loft said they had only Photoshopped a tattoo off the model. They maintain they did not lop out a giant chunk of her torso and make it impossible for her hip and waist to connect. It just looks that way because it was at an “awkward angle.”
