Joan Rivers' journey to comedy success was not without its false starts and flops with audiences. She spoke candidly about the topics, among others, for PBS' documentary series, Make 'Em Laugh: The Funny Business of America in 2006, and the network has now released outtakes of conversations with the late legend, who died earlier this month.
