Wong Kar-wai will be honored with a lifetime achievement award at the 45th International Film Festival of India in Goa. IFFI will run November 20-30 . The Hong Kong director's latest film The Grandmaster will close the festival with Iranian director Mohsen Makhmalbaf’s The President as opening film. This year's festival sees China as the focus country following the recent signing of a co-production treaty with India. The first meeting of the Indo-China Joint Working Group will be held on the sidelines of the festival.
