Redesigned Buses Look Like Coffee Shops On Wheels — demilked.com

Another one rides the bus. And buses by Leap Transit are special: instead of mass transit, they‘re aiming for comfort. The latest bus, launched in San Francisco today, is a redesigned city bus. It look more like a coffee shop than a regular inner city bus. It offers Wi-Fi and USB ports for people who work on the go. And work mustn’t be thirsty – the bus serves snacks and drinks, too. This isn‘t the first rodeo for Leap Transit, but it‘s their biggest. The city bus had been redesigned for more comfort, which means less carrying space, but more lavish seating. It even has a conversation nook. There‘s a laptop bar for the working folk to sit down, too. The bus fare can be bought on the fly using the phone or printed out. At present, a single ticket costs $6 or $5 if bought in bulk.
