Giorgio Locatelli is the chef/owner of Locanda Locatelli in London, England. I was contacted by his publisher recently asking if I’d like a review copy of his book. Since I have enjoyed two of his earlier books, and I have a vast collection of Italian cookbooks, I was pleased to accept a copy. Though he now lives primarily in London, chef Locatelli grew up in Lombardy and has a second home in one of my favorite regions, Puglia. The recipes in this cookbook reflect his knowledge of regional Italian cooking and is packed with 150 recipes.
