My take on three British summer classics is as eccentric as they come. The coronation chicken doesn’t include chicken, the seafood cocktail has got way too many ingredients, and the pudding is a homemade Solero, an ice-cream introduced by Walls in 1994 (– delicious, but scarcely old enough to qualify as a classic).
