The week begins with an unusually charged-up Full Moon in Aries. Any Full Moon can be a source of some agitation, and admittedly Aries doesn’t have a reputation for being the most calm and collected of signs. What’s complicating things for this Full Moon is Moon square Saturn and Moon conjunct Chiron. These aspects take the usual difficult-to-handle Full Moon energy and add the potential for some seriously bruised feelings, and for having some shadows from the past arise that, frankly, you’d probably think you can do better without. Be cautious in your dealings with others, and if someone else steps on your toes try not to overreact. Remember that every monster is human at heart, and so are you. After that, the Sun spends most of the week in some perilous positions, so it’s entirely possible that your Ego might get bruised on more than just Monday. Sun square Saturn dominates the early part of the week, and that makes for some struggle when it comes to matters of authority and personal responsibility. You may find yourself kicking at restraints that aren’t actually there. Fortunately the Sun pulls out of its slump as we approach the end of the week and forms Sun trine Mars. This aspect can generate a lot of energy and ambition, whether in the workplace or with the state of your personal life. Mars in Aquarius has a particular taste for liberating people from unpleasant or uncomfortable positions, and you might end up being your own hero (or that of a loved one) this week. As far as this week’s relationship potential goes, Venus in Scorpio is slowing down and getting ready to go retrograde. A planet that is slowing down but still going forward can be very powerful, and Venus in Scorpio has a particularly sexual edge to it. If something or someone in your life needs a jump-start of that nature, now is a good time to get on it. Finally, on Sunday, Pluto turns direct after a long slow retrograde.
