To close off 2018, Lifestyle Barcelona has invested in a new website to ensure a new and fresh customer experience in 2019. The website represents our new approach to delivering experiences in Spain. We stopped mass marketing over 80% of our services, to focus on a more select group of categories. Also, booking activities from the website directly is no longer possible. The procedure has been made more personalised by having the customers contact us directly first. This new concept enables us to discuss the customers wishes and ensure a tailor-made experience that suit their needs best.
