That's funny. I do not want to be mean, but I went to the list and almost none stroke me as a "romantic" city (even though I have seen or heard about many of them). The US have many great traits, but some reason I cannot see most of the locations as "romantic" :)
@giorgia , @JimmyLin , @mike - you are in three cities I love of the US. Agree with my comment below or I am being too harsh? :)
Giu I have either lived in or visited most of the cities listed and I couldn't say that any of them fits my definition of romantic. I guess you can argue that the places in Hawaii they mentioned might be romantic given the tropical setting, but I don't think NYC is particularly romantic. Anyway, I guess it depends on what they mean by 'romantic' in the first place...
True, and let's also say @giorgia that you come from quite a romantic place (Venezia) so your standards are even much higher than mine :)
"Romantic is a state of mind" LOL I guess if you are feeling romantic anywhere you are you might feel is the most romantic place ever...but yes, my standards are quite high ;-)
I think it depends on the definition of romantic - as in lots of lovely places to meet people and grow a relationship? Or the feeling of romantic? If the feeling of romantic, I would say very few on that list would make it. I don't know of many big cities that should be considered "romantic."
