Patagonia: send us your travel tips

This article is more than 9 years old

From visiting glaciers to fly fishing, climbing mountains to cruising, Patagonia is an explorer’s dream. Send us your tips on what to do (and where to stay) in this stunning South American region

Stretching across southern Chile and Argentina, seeing all of the staggeringly beautiful Patagonia is no mean feat. The vast landscapes of lakes, flatlands, and mountains are an explorer’s dream. There are a wealth of adventures to be had at the tip of South America. Send us your recommendations on everything from where to stay and eat to organised and self-guided tours and walks.

The best tips will appear in print in next weekend’s Travel section and the winner, chosen by Tom Hall of Lonely Planet, will receive a £200 hotel voucher from Hotels.com, allowing you stay in over 260,000 places worldwide. Submit your tips by clicking on the blue button and using the text tab. Try and include as much detail as possible – location, any website addresses etc – and feel free to add a photo if you own the copyright to it, but it will be the text we’re judging! Your tip should be around 100 words long. Terms and conditions.
