Notorious bad-guy and former dictator Manuel Noriega is suing Activision over the use of his likeness in the blockbuster video game Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
The deposed and now-imprisoned ex-dictator of Panama sued Activision Tuesday for the ”blatant misuse, unlawful exploitation and misappropriation for economic gain” of his image in “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” according to Courthouse News.
Noriega was deposed in 1989 and convicted three years later on charges of drug-trafficking, money-laundering and racketeering in the United States, where he served a prison sentence until 2007 before being extradited to France on similar charges.
