It might be awhile until we hear new music from Andre 3000 but the OutKast co-founder and style risk-taker knows how to ease the wait. Andre has been spending his free time gearing up for the release of a new t-shirt line inspired by those thought-provoking jumpsuits he wore throughout OutKast’s reunion tour that are currently hanging in a museum in Miami. Cue “So Fresh, So Clean.”
It was actually fans who inspired the idea. “People have been asking me where can I get that shirt that says ‘I love big girls,’” the rapper explained to Hard Knock TV. Among the other slogans he wore: “children of the cornbread,” “have you stopped growing?,” “make love not war,” “teacher’s deserve more,” “across cultures, darker people suffer most. why?”
