Pour the tea and toast the crumpets — the Toronto International Film Festival is devoting this year’s City to City program to London, England, festival director and CEO Piers Handling announced today. The program, which launched in 2009, showcases recent work from filmmakers living and working in the selected city; cinema hubs celebrated at previous fests include Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Buenos Aires, Mumbai, Athens, and Seoul.
