According to the Los Angeles Times, Kourtney and Scott found a buyer and made a deal for $2,975,000, which is less than their $3,499,000 asking price, but still a nice $1.2M more than the $1.7M that they paid for the 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 5,199 square foot Colonial-style abode in December 2010. Kourtney and interior designer Jeff Andrews spent months meticulously decorating the home in a style that Disick describes as “Alice in Wonderland meets Beetlejuice.” The buyer was smitten with some of their decor choices, as the LA Times is also reporting that the buyer paid an additional $125,000 for select furnishings.
