Seminal indie label Sub Pop is once again accepting applications for its Loser Scholarships, which will be given to three students involved and interested in music or the creative arts. The three scholarships for $3,000, $5,000 and $7,000 are available to Washington and Oregon residents who are graduating high school seniors about to enroll full-time at an accredited university or college.
