TuneIn is receiving a pretty significant update today, bringing several new social-oriented features into the mix, as well as an updated look and feel.
As you may already know, TuneIn is an audio service that lets you listen to podcasts and radio stations, but the new interface now includes a personal feed that will update in real-time and shows the user what’s playing and if there’s a new episode to a particular podcast in a single view. Additionally, every content provider has their own “follow” page on TuneIn. According to Engadget, several content providers and brands will even list their programming on their pages such as ESPN Radio, NPR, the BBC, CBS Radio, The Wall Street Journal, Sky News and CNN.
