AMC Theatres Hires New President of Programming — hollywoodreporter.com

AMC Theatres has hired John D. Calkins as president, AMC programming. Calkins will be based in Los Angeles and work alongside Robert J. Lenihan, who has the same title. Calkins will coordinate the company's relationships with Hollywood studios and entertainment companies, while Lenihan will continue to run AMC's film buying and day-to-day programming.
