“The music industry is sickening/ But no one’ll ever admit the sh–,” B.o.B raps in the video for “Mission Statement,” released on Monday (July 7). Thankfully, Bobby Ray is here with the antidote. The Atlanta native clearly has a few things to get off his chest, and he uses this track, off of his upcoming mixtape No Genre Pt. 2, as one way to do that. As he talks to the camera in between his first and second verse — each delivered with frantic energy and precision — B.o.B offers what appears to be part of his mission statement: “You can’t box it in,” he says. “You’ll never be able to describe me.”
