Disney is currently developing a live-action movie based on the 1941 animated film, Dumbo, with a writer and producer already on board.
THR reports that Transformers: Age of Extinction writer Ehren Kruger is currently penning the script for Disney’s live-action adaptation of Dumbo. Disney released the animated movie about a circus elephant with large ears back in 1941 and it has become a classic.
Oblivion producer, Justin Springer, will be producing the live-acting take on Dumbo, but the studio has yet to announce a director for the film.
