The inaugural edition of Denver's Chive Fest, hosted by entertainment photo web giant theCHIVE.com in association with C3 Presents, will include performances from Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Cold War Kids, Talib Kweli and more, Billboard.com can exclusively announce. The Denver Chive Fest -- the third in a series of four one-day Chive Festivals -- will take place on Saturday, Aug. 16 at City Park, and host 8,000 ticket holders. Steel Panther, Delta Spirit, White Denim, Moon Taxi and Spanish Gold round out the lineup.
