Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singer, songwriter and film composer Randy Newman has signed an administration agreement for North America with Downtown Music Publishing, it was announced by president Justin Kalifowitz. Newman is also a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the winner of two Academy Awards, three Emmys, six Grammys, an Ivor Novello, and most recently, a PEN New England Song Lyrics of Literary Excellence Award.
