The Hold Steady are smack in the middle of their summer tour. Between their San Francisco and Sacramento gigs, the bar rockers made a stop in Burbank last night to perform on Conan. The band tore through a performance of “I Hope This Whole Thing Didn’t Frighten You” from Teeth Dreams, and you can watch the replay below. The band plans to remain on the road right into the fall. Included on the itinerary are New Jersey’s XPoNential Festival, Boston Calling’s September edition, two gigs with The Replacements, and a European jaunt with The So So Glos.
