NEW YORK -- Chocolate lovers, your ship has come in. Literally. Princess Cruises on Tuesday announced a deal with top chocolatier Norman Love to create more than a dozen new gourmet chocolate desserts for its ships as well as a wide range of other chocolate-related offerings. In addition to such meal-ending yummies as chocolate tiramisu and a white chocolate cheesecake, the award-winning creator of Fort Myers, Fla.-based Norman Love Confections is designing a new chocolate drinks menu for the line as well as chocolates for new chocolate and wine pairings at shipboard wine bars. Chocolate cooking demonstrations featuring Love's recipes also are in the works, as are chocolate spa treatments.
