'Need for Speed' DVD/Blu-ray review: A very fun B-movie — hypable.com

Need for Speed will be released on DVD and Blu-ray tomorrow. Is it worth picking up? Need for Speed is a difficult movie to assess. On one hand it is a very dishonest, conscienceless movie. On the other, it completely relishes in that fact. There are “good guys” and “bad guys” in Need for Speed, but in reality they’re all pretty much despicable people. All of the characters are putting the lives of innocent people in danger, even the characters that we’re supposed to care about.
