Gregor Clegane is no longer just the strongest man in Westeros: he’s the strongest man in all of Europe. Hafþór Björnsson, who plays the infamous Clegane (a.k.a. The Mountain) on “Game of Thrones,” just won this year’s Europe’s Strongest Man competition. Björnsson had already laid claim to being the second strongest man in the world, but this was his first European title. Like his “Thrones” character, he took on all challengers and left none standing, placing in first in three major categories: deadlifting; atlas stones; and the forward hold of Thor’s hammer (yes, seriously).
