Then, early Saturday (August 23) morning, the headlines around the Slaughterhouse MC took another turn when the NYPD tweeted that the rapper was wanted for robbery. There was no mention of the alleged beating in the tweet, which stated that Budden was wanted “for robbery/taking cellphone” from a 25-year-old woman in the early morning hours of August 18.
