Taylor Schilling, Jessica Paré, and Allison Williams kept things simple on the hair front with low, neat knots that allowed their necklines—and necklaces—to shine. And while a bold shade of red was the night’s MVP when it came to a scene-stealing dress, makeup took a minimalist turn with softly shaded eyes and warm, flesh-tone lips.
