Mick Jagger is bringing his moves to Deauville. He'll add a bit of rock ‘n’ roll swagger to the red carpet for the French premiere of the James Brown biopic Get On Up, which he co-produced. Brian Grazer, who also co-produced the film and is being given a career honor by the festival, star Chadwick Boseman and director Tate Taylor will accompany the Rolling Stones singer. Get On Up, which has just been announced as the opening film at the Zurich Film Festival, is screening out of competition here in the official selection at the French film festival that focuses on American films.
