Tennis, the husband and wife duo of Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley, are set to release their new album, Ritual in Repeat, on September 9th through Communion Records. In anticipation, the LP is streaming in its entirety at Pitchfork.
The 11-track effort serves as Tennis’ third full-length to date and follows last year’s Small Sound EP. Its tracks were recorded in three different cities, each with a big-name producer at the helms: The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney in Nashville; Spoon’sJim Eno in Austin; and The Shins’ Richard Swift in Portland. All three had previously collaborated with the Denver-based duo, as Carney produced their 2012 album Young & Old and Eno and Swift both lent production to Small Sound.
