WHAT A FILM?! The special effects in this are brilliant, and it's very faithful to the books. The storyline is a bit lacking (Basically, Scott's obsessed with a woman) That's the storyline :P, but the rest of the film makes up for it. HIGHLY recommended.
So the books aren't just about his obsession for Ramona?

mmmh... I've resisted till now buying all those albums because I have some classics to read first, I'll be glad to hear from you that they're not worthy so I'll stop suffering for them :)

Nooooooo, they're brilliant books! It's just that the storyline isn't too deep, it's more about the art/ SFX & the characters and the progression as opposed to the plot itself.
