the first interior designs for the battersea power station residences have been revealed, with 1,305 units to be built during phase three of the ongoing development. the properties, crafted by frank gehry and norman foster, will be spread across a variety of buildings, organized around a pedestrianized promenade named the ‘electric boulevard’. a studio apartment will cost buyers £495,000, while four bedroom properties have been priced upwards of £3.2 million. the mixed-use scheme includes 103 affordable homes, a doctor’s clinic, a commercial gym, a 167 room hotel, and a range of shops, cafés and restaurants.
