Amatriciana con cipolle — salepepe.it

1) Per la preparazione dell'amatriciana con cipolle fai rosolare in una larga padella antiaderente  150 g di pancetta a cubetti, aggiungi 400 g di polpa di pomodoro, sale e pepe e fai cuocere a fuoco vivo per 10 minuti. 2) Taglia una cipolla bionda ad anelli, passala nella farina e falla friggere in abbondante olio d'oliva; una volta ben dorati scola gli anelli e appoggiali su carta assorbente da cucina e tienili in caldo.
