CBS has said yes to another year of sci-fi summers.
The network Thursday renewed Under the Dome and Halle Berry's Extant Seasons 3 and 2, respectively, with both to retain their spots on the summer schedule.
Both shows come from executive producer Steven Spielberg's Amblin Television, which has seven shows across five networks currently on the air.
"We're committed to delivering our viewers and advertisers year-round programming with a wide variety of storytelling," said CBS Entertainment Chairman Nina Tassler. "We continue to see summer as a great place for unique concepts, innovative business models and passionate television audiences."
