Jerry Alan Dead: James Bond Stuntman Was 75 — hollywoodreporter.com

Jerry Alan, a stunt coordinator and stuntman who worked on three James Bond films and the 1993 Burt Reynolds comedy Cop and a Half, has died. He was 75. Alan died Sept. 26 of throat and mouth cancer in Tampa, Fla., actor-producer Mark Terry told The Hollywood Reporter. At age 68, Alan flipped a car off a pipe ramp for a stunt in the film Live Evil (2009), which was produced by Terry, who called the stuntman “one of my first teachers in this business.”
