Variety reports the director of the South Korean Vengeance trilogy (which includes the original Oldboy) will be at the helm of Second Born, a sci-fi thriller from Rumble Films, the production banner fresh off producing the incredible indie hit Whiplash with Miles Teller and riveting thriller Nightcrawler starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
