Banks went from varicolored wigs to a refugee chic look for the movies, after her character was plucked from her cushiony Capitol lifestyle and forcibly relocated to the rebel headquarters at District 13. Not only is she missing her wigs, she’s missing the luxurious surroundings of her former home. The new set made it hard for Banks to find a spot for a threepeat of her infamous mahogany references from the first two films.
