The English actor Charlie Chaplin was a regular guest at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, Switzerland, in the Lake Geneva region, and now the 168-room property has a “City Lights Package” to coincide with the “Chaplin, Between War and Peace” exhibition at the nearby Musée de l’Elysée.
Available through the end of the year, the family-friendly package includes two nights’ accommodations, breakfast, a pastry-making class and entrance tickets to the exhibition, which focuses on Chaplin’s views of World War I and II.
