30 Rock alum Tracy Morgan is still on everyone’s well wishes list as he continues to recuperate from his fatal car accident back in June. If you’ll recall, Tracy’s limo was struck by a WalMart truck that also killed one of his writers, James McNair. According to the Huffington Post, Tracy’s lawyer released a statement on Tuesday stating: Mr. Morgan is a fighter. He’s fighting to get better. And if there’s a chance for him to be back to the Tracy Morgan he once was, he’s going to try to do that. But we just don’t know because of the severity of the injuries that he sustained and the fact that he had such a severe brain injury.
