Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon. In a small saucepan over low heat, add butter and sugar, let melt and stir together until combined. Remove from heat. Cut the cream cheese into 20 equal in size cubes. Press the biscuits out using your fingers. Sprinkle each biscuit with ½ teaspoon cinnamon sugar. Place 1 cube cream cheese in the center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing the dough around the cream cheese.
