New York Jets quarterback Michael Vick was in dire financial straits amid the dog fighting scandal that landed him in prison, accumulating $17.8 million in debt.     Vick, who filed for bankruptcy protection in July 2008, has now almost completely paid off the exorbitant amount of money he's owed to creditors.
