Alejandro Fernandez earns his fifth No. 1 on Top Latin Albums as his Confidencias Reales debuts with 3,000 copies sold in the week ending Dec. 14, according to Nielsen Music.

The live set, recorded at Madrid's Royal Theatre, includes performances of songs from his chart-topping Confidencias studio album (five weeks at No. 1 in 2013) like "Hoy Tengo Ganas de Ti" (originally a duet with Christina Aguilera), as well as some of his career-spanning hits. Fernandez was accompanied by the Symphonic Orchestra of Madrid at the event, which was also filmed for a DVD that accompanies a deluxe version of the album.
