(Reuters) - An arsonist targeted the San Francisco home featured in the 1993 Robin Williams movie "Mrs. Doubtfire" in what may have been a dispute between a former patient and the physician who owns the house, authorities said on Tuesday. The Queen Anne-style home in San Francisco's exclusive Pacific Heights area had burn marks on the front and garage doors after someone used gasoline to light the fire on Monday evening, police spokesman Albie Esparza said.
