Amazon cuts price on Fire Phone, again — for one day only — mashable.com

The ecommerce giant cut the price of its Fire Phone again on Wednesday, this time offering an unlocked 32 GB version of the device for $189. That includes a one-year subscription to Amazon Prime, which is worth $99. The promotion was included among Amazon's daily deals and will end at 12 a.m. PT on Thursday, according to an Amazon rep. In November, Amazon cut the price of the unlocked Fire Phone to $199 from its original selling price of $449. A couple months before that, Amazon slashed the price of the phone on contract from $199 to just $0.99.
