Beanie Sigel reportedly had to have his lung removed from the near-fatal shooting he incurred last month.  The rapper's organ was riddled with fragments from a bullet that was fired into his abdomen, reports TMZ, and doctors could not save it. He was released from the hospital he'd lived in since the Dec. 5 incident and was moved Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona, N.J., where he'll spend the next 90 days.
