How to travel to Cuba without an official license — mashable.com

Since President Obama announced historical changes in diplomatic relations between the United States and Cuba last month, the island nation has been top of mind as a travel destination. The New York Times even added it to its annual list of places to go. However, despite the political developments, there's one thing that hasn't changed: Tourism to the island is still banned. Travel is restricted to those with an official government license.
