Newcastle Brown Ale is making a name for itself, if not a brand, by drafting off the hype of the Super Bowl commercials without having to pay for one. It’s a jujitsu move of epic proportions. Last year it was their hilarious film interviewing Anna Kendrick where she talked about how she was almost in a Super Bowl spot for Newcastle, but then found out the brand didn’t have the money or the rights. This year, it’s the deadpan of Aubrey Plaza from Parks & Recreation TV fame, and it’s even better.
