More than a year ago, President Barack Obama promised to rein in the NSA and announced a series of reforms to the agency's surveillance programs.
The promised reforms, of course, come on the heels of months of revelations prompted by Edward Snowden's unprecedented leak of NSA secrets to several news organizations. But more than a year later, some of these reforms have yet to be seen.
The U.S. Intelligence Community admitted this in a new annual report released on Tuesday.
