Five international artists and architects have been shortlisted to design a monument in Warsaw to commemorate the Polish people who risked their lives saving Jews during the Nazi occupation of Poland.
The finalists—Mateusz Tanski, Eduard Freudmann and Gabu Heindl, Grzegorz Dutka and Szymon Wroblewski, Pedro Pena Jurado and Daniel Zarhy, as well as Andrzej Bulanda and Jadwiga Gayczyk—must now submit their concept designs from which an international jury will select the winning project in April.
