'The Guest' Director & Writer Head Back to Horror in 'The Woods' — firstshowing.net

The filmmaking duo of director Adam Wingard and writer Simon Barrett have pumped out some fantastic indie genre fare from You're Next to last year's The Guest, not to mention segments in the horror anthologies V/H/S and The ABCs of Death, and now they're returning to horror yet again. THR has word that Wingard and Barrett will reteam on a project called The Woods set up at Lionsgate. As of now, the project is being kept under wraps, but the vague description will sound familiar to anyone who has ever seen a horror movie as it follows a group of college students on a camping trip who discover they are not alone.
